Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 5th, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Progeta Technologies, downloading SelfOS, executing our Training Simulations, or utilizing the LaunchPad network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these conditions, you are forbidden from accessing our infrastructure.
2. Operational Constraints (Acceptable Use)
Our platforms are educational ecosystems modeled on real-world security infrastructure. You agree to strictly abide by the following Rules of Engagement (ROE):
- No Malicious Escalation: You will not attempt to exploit, DDoS, or systematically damage the Progeta Edge hosting architecture supporting the Training Labs.
- Intellectual Integrity: You will not distribute automated solvers, reverse-engineered payloads, or spoiler documentation designed to undermine the educational value of our Scenarios.
- Authorized Access Only: You will not attempt to bypass our authentication gateways to access administrative endpoints or other students' metadata.
3. User Accounts & The Network
When you register for specific divisions (InnerCircle, Certifications), you are entirely responsible for the cryptographic hygiene of your credentials. Progeta Technologies holds zero liability for data silos compromised via your negligence (e.g., password reuse, compromised local hardware).
4. Sovereignty and SelfOS
SelfOS is distributed as open-source software (under the designated repository license). You possess the sovereign right to fork, modify, and statically compile it.
Progeta Technologies offers this software "AS-IS" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for data corruption, operating system instability, or loss of access arising from local deployment errors.
5. Intellectual Property
The Progeta Technologies brand, "LaunchPad", "SelfOS", "InnerCircle", and the underlying curriculum frameworks remain the exclusive intellectual property of Progeta Technologies.
- Intel Briefings may be cited under "Fair Use" providing direct attribution.
- Simulation engine source code (where not explicitly open-sourced) may not be mirrored or monetized.
6. Termination of Access
We reserve the unilateral right to permanently ban your IP node, revoke your LaunchPad status, and severe all operational ties without notice if you violate the Acceptable Use constraints outlined in Section 2.
7. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are governed in accordance with the laws and regulations concerning Information Technology in our operating jurisdiction (India), irrespective of conflicts of law.
